Founded by Wade A. Ivey, Ivey’s Construction is now owned by Wade’s son, Kevin W. Ivey. Kevin has literally grown up in the family business and has over thirty years of experience. The successful transition in 2008 to the second generation has put Ivey’s in the position to continue the successful legacy created by Wade A. Ivey well into the future.

Today, Ivey's Construction, Inc. offers a full range of services from General Contracting, to Construction Management, to work as an AISC Advanced Structural Steel Erector. We are well known for our integrity and workmanship on complex and demanding projects at the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Station. Ivey’s has also completed major projects at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, Vandenberg Air Force Base, in California, the Nevada Test Site, Nevada, and at the Pentagon in Virginia. Ivey’s is capable of self-performing all phases of steel erection, heavy rigging, rebar, concrete, carpentry, metal framing, and drywall.

With over 37 years of successful projects, Ivey’s financial strengths includes an aggregate bonding capacity of about $100 Million and successful completion of multiple projects in the $35 million dollar range both in Florida and Nationwide. Ivey’s Construction, Inc. currently averages about $32 Million per year in sales.

These customers include: NASA, Air Force, United Space Alliance, United Launch Alliance, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, EG&G, Delaware North Company Parks & Resorts of KSC, Inc.
