• Department of Energy: Over a decade of projects at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. Our work at this nuclear facility included nuclear waste storage and processing facilities, Office Buildings, Office Remodels, Laboratories, and Environmental Work. Ivey’s also successfully completed a classified large project in an area at the Nevada Test Site for the Department of Energy.
  
  
• Attraction / Theme Park:  For over fifteen years Ivey’s has completed General Contracting projects at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor’s Center. These projects include a large conference center, new exhibit buildings, remodeling existing exhibit buildings, bathroom and kitchen remodels, roof projects, pavilions, etc.
  
  
• Commercial:   Ivey’s has performed a variety of commercial General Contracting projects in the Central Florida Area. We have built several schools, projects at Port Canaveral, tenant build-out projects in Melbourne and Orlando, the International Terminal at the Melbourne Airport, and many other projects.
