Ivey’s Construction performed CM at Risk services to improve Statham Park in Titusville. We completely renovated a 3,570 sq. ft. Community Center into a modern events facility, allowing Brevard County to rent it out for wedding receptions, corporate retreats, reunions and other events
Improvements included a 1050 sq. ft. addition to the meeting hall, a 315 sq. ft. covered area off the rear of the facility for outdoor catering, cementitious siding, aluminum canopy entrances, and a 2,500 sq. ft. of exterior patio area. Ivey’s also installed new fire water line to accommodate current safety codes and modified flatwork and the parking area to meet ADA requirements.
